Improovy, Inc (“Improovy”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) has created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to demonstrate its commitment to privacy rights and the protection of personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, your heirs, assigns, and successors (“you” or “your”) in connection with: (1) the operation of our websites that link to this Policy, including, but not limited to improovy.com, along with software, information, features, functionalities, applications, browser extensions, other services available through our website, and/or data contained therein (collectively, our “Websites”); 2) business operations related to our services (our “Operations” or “Services”); and (3) personal information we obtain from any third party site connected to our Website, through our Operations, or where we post content or invite your feedback or participation, including, without limitation, Facebook, Google, and Thumbtack (collectively, “Third Party Sites”). Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

• Our current Platform eventual mobile app will track system and user log files, dwell time, device ID, and location data. The information that identifies you personally is referred to as “personal information.”

• Directly from you when you provide us with information regarding your project
• Automatically as you use the Platform
• Through the use of third party analytics tools, including, but not limited to, Google Analytics
• From contractors, including, but not limited to, service technicians and professionals (collectively, “Trade Partners”) in connection with services they provide on our behalf

Some of the technologies we use for data collection include:

• Cookies. A “cookie” is a small text file stored on the hard drive of your computer or device. We use “cookies” to enhance the usability of our Websites and to store users’ preferences. The “cookie” is erased when the visit ends.
• Payment. We use Authorize.net and Stripe to securely collect and process credit card details.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGING.

You agree that Improovy and our Trade Partners may contact you via telephone or text messages (including by an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated system for the selection of dialing of telephone numbers and/or with an artificial or pre-recorded voice) at any of the phone numbers provided by you or on your behalf in connection with your engagement of Improovy, including for marketing purposes and to facilitate the delivery of Services. You understand that you are not required to provide consent to receive autodialed marketing calls or text messages as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services.

CONSENT TO MONITORING AND RECORDING OF COMMUNICATIONS.

You acknowledge and agree that your calls, text messages, or other communications you have with us may be monitored and recorded. This includes, but is not limited to, the date, time, and content of the communications. Improovy uses this data for customer support services, for safety and security purposes, to improve its Websites and Services, and for analytics.

Third Parties

We do not resell any information to third parties without your consent. We may, however, link to other sites or applications not affiliated, owned, or controlled by us. The privacy practices of any third-parties are outside the scope of this Privacy Policy and their use or disclosure of your information (including your personal information) will be governed by their own privacy practices or policies. When you use the Platform, you are not anonymous to us. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential and for ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to your account(s) or password.

For example, all personal information obtained through the Websites is automatically encrypted using industry-standard encryption technology. We are located in the United States of America, and we require you to reside in the United States to use our Platform. We make no claims that the Platform is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Platform by certain persons or in certain countries may not be legal. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Your Rights

If you would like to access, modify, or delete your personal information, you may submit a request to contact@improovy.com. We will promptly review all such requests in accordance with applicable laws. Retention of Personal information

Even if you request that your Personal Information be deleted, we will retain your personal information for a reasonable period of time which is consistent with our record retention policies. If we are required by law to retain your information for a longer period of time, we will do so.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

The Platform is intended for general audiences and is not specifically directed to children under 13 years old. We do not target this Platform to children under 13 and we do not intentionally collect any information from users under 13. If you become aware that your child has used this Platform and we may have personal information about a user under 13, please contact us so we may delete the information.

Scope of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies only to the personal information obtained by us through our Platform and does not apply to any other information that we may obtain about you in separate channels.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes or updates will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be given by posting the new Privacy Policy in the Platform, by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which you obtain notice of the changes or updates.
