Meet The Improovy Team

I have been building and scaling successful home service businesses for the past 15 years. Growing up in Chicago, I saw the struggles of contractors and small business owners first-hand. The majority of my family were first-generation immigrants from Poland that started home service and construction businesses when they came to the US. Working hundred-hour weeks and making barely enough to cover the bills was the status quo for them.

Having spent my entire life in the trades, I found there is a better way for the industry to operate. Starting with residential painting, Improovy was created to make the lives of contractors better. In turn, we empower tradespeople to provide the best service of their careers for homeowners.

I am a Chicagoland native and have spent the last decade growing small-to-midsized businesses.

I believe that Improovy can transform the broken and fragmented painting industry, resulting in a better life for contractors and homeowners alike!

Outside of work, I spend my free time doting on my favorite pups, Darla and Alpha.

I was born and raised in Venezuela. After finishing college, I decided to pack some clothes and start a new adventure. This led me to Florida, where I commenced my career in the painting industry. This career started with wearing painter whites and has progressively transitioned to running an entire nationwide operation.

Passion is the first word that comes to mind when I think about Improovy; the passion to revolutionize the industry and, subsequently, the life of our contractors and homeowners. As Head of Trade Partners, my priority centers around our contractors. My goal is to establish a unique work environment that fosters the limitless capacity to achieve one’s dreams.

In my free time, I am either spending time with family or revving my engine on the backroads of Florida.

I am a native of Chicagoland where I grew up in the far northwest suburbs but now live in Colorado south of Denver. I started painting in college and could never get past the feeling of gratification a few coats of paint can bring to a space and the positive impact it brought to a customer’s home.

After nearly 25 years in the painting and home improvement industry, I still get the same feeling whenever I am involved with a project! Providing great craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and educating homeowners before, during, and after their projects are the most rewarding parts of sharing my years of experience. That’s why I am so excited to bring our easy and top-rated painting services to Denver, CO!

When not in the office, you can find me outside with my family enjoying all that Colorado has to offer, whether it be skiing in winter or mountain biking, hiking, and stand-up paddling in the spring, summer, and fall.

I grew up in Ukiah a small town in Northern California. I discovered my passion for painting after graduating from Azusa Pacific University in 2019, from there I helped scale and produce a painting business. This experience gave me the insights to manage homeowners’ vision of creating the home that they want.

When I am not working I like to play soccer and travel.

I am lucky to have a father that is just the best handyman around and grew up watching him work. Although he makes it look easy, I am sure many of my very experienced co-workers can testify that this is not the case. I’m definitely glad that I work with such a great team that has the technology and knowledge to help me provide an incredible level of service.

Here at Improovy, I have the pleasure of being an Admin Assistant. I truly believe that Improovy is making a change and the change directly impacts the lives of clients every day. I have the opportunity to interact with every single employee and customer, and properly store and document the projects that we take on. I love seeing the end results of every project. It really excites me to think that each painting job we produce will be enjoyed by clients for years to come!

Outside of work, I like to travel, go on long walks and spend time with loved ones.

I am a Chicagoland native and grew my passion for painting at a young age while helping my grandfather paint auto bodies in his garage. After graduating from Aurora University, I pursued a career in painting where I enjoyed making my client’s homes uniquely theirs.

When I am not at my desk you can find me at the beach enjoying the water and time with my family.

I am currently a senior in college at Northwestern University majoring in Economics. I’ve been with Improovy since the beginning; running their social media as well as assisting in the creation of our pitch deck slides.

Apart from work, I love to play tennis and go kayaking!
