Job Description:

We are hiring professional painters who take pride in their quality. This is a full-time job with 40 hours per week, paid every 2 weeks. Our specialties include interior painting and exterior painting. We service mostly higher-end residential with some commercial paint jobs.

We are looking to hire the best painters that want to build a long-term career with our company and be a part of something special. This is more than a job and our top-performing painters will move up quickly in the company as crew leads and production managers. Over the past few years, our company has grown faster than any other painting service in the United States so there are many opportunities to fast-forward your career at Improovy.

Responsibilities:

• Paint the interior or exterior of residential houses and commercial spaces using a brush, roller, sprayer, or other applicators
• Oversee every detail: Whether it’s applying a second coat or ensuring surrounding areas are protected, your keen eye and attention to detail are crucial.
• Deliver the promise: Stay accountable to timelines while delivering impeccable results.
• Using our mobile app to take worksite photos and provide daily updates on projects
• Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
• Taping and masking to protect surfaces like flooring, furniture, and other fixtures

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional painting experience
• Reliable car/transportation
• Cell phone and internet access
• Speak some English (conversational)
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance
• Work permit (if needed) or ID
• Mastery of painting materials and techniques.
• Ability to use painting tools and physical strength to transform spaces.
• Great balance and manual dexterity. This is a physically demanding job that requires you to work on ladders and lift heavy loads.
